Paul M. Basta has joined the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as co-chair of the Bankruptcy & Corporate Reorganization Department. Basta was previously a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, which he left in July.
