Product Review: Kroll Ontrack's ElectronicDataViewer 3.0

June 01, 2004

My law firm, Asbill Moffitt & Boss, located in the heart of Washington, DC, needed an electronic discovery and computer forensics company to assist with an anti-trust case that involves alleged price fixing. There are multiple offices, firms, and attorneys involved in the case. I am responsible for reviewing certain case documents and producing responsive documents to the Department of Justice (DOJ). With attorneys located in Florida, Washington, DC, and Europe, we had to find an effective and efficient way to review 30,000 case documents totaling over 90,000 pages. Kroll Ontrack provided computer forensics, electronic discovery and the online repository, ElectronicDataViewer 3.0 to help ease the task at hand.

ElectronicDataViewer 3.0 is an online repository used by litigators to perform all of the typical document review functions ' searching, categorizing, redacting and annotating ' in a secure database repository uniquely dedicated to their case.
