California Bar Proposes Specialty Certification for Franchising and Distribution Law
The Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California has published for public comment a franchise and distribution law certified specialty, based on recommendations by the Franchise Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the bar. If the specialization program were created, it would become the ninth such certification in the state. The program is voluntary.
