In an action by owner of a landlocked parcel for a judgment declaring that landlocked owner has an easement by necessity over neighboring land, neighbor appealed from Supreme Court's judgment declaring that landlocked landowner has an access easement, and directing neighbor to remove obstructions that interfere with the easement.
