In Convergent Media IV LLC v. Aperture Media Partners LLC, 24-7402 (C.D. Cal.), special purpose vehicle Convergent Media entered into an ABL with film-and-TV financier and producer Aperture Media, to loan funds to MX2 Holdings to produce the 2023 crime-comedy film Maggie Moore(s).
