IKON Office Solution</i>, competitors of a copier equipment provider, IKON Office Solution, alleged that defendant IKON used 'fraudulent practices' to secure and lengthen its customer contracts, thus reducing the ability of competing copier equipment providers to contest for 'aftermarket' business.'
