Jim Mulcahy and Rex Reeves have formed MulcahyReeves LLP, building on the foundation of The Mulcahy Law Firm formed in 2001. Reeves joined The Mulcahy Law Firm in 2005, after spending 18 years as a litigator handling a wide variety of matters in the Los Angeles area.

In September, Bob Snelling joined the American Association of Franch- isees and Dealers ('AAFD') as director of franchisor accreditation. Snelling's involvement with franchising spans 35 years as prior co-owner and 15 years as senior level executive and board director of Snelling Personnel Services, a mature national franchise system with hundreds of franchised and company-owned units.
