Michigan DQ Franchisees Sue over Restaurant Conversions
Signaling their long-running opposition to Dairy Queen's re-branding and co-branding programs, the Michigan Dairy Queen Operators' Association filed suit in mid-January in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan against the franchisor.
