A Long Island, NY, attorney is suing Nassau County Executive Thomas Suozzi over his “Wall of Shame” initiative ' posting photos of suspected drunken drivers on the Web.
Defense attorney Brian J. Griffin claims the photos violate his client's constitutional due process and equal protection rights because the intent is “humiliation not incarceration or rehabilitation,” and because the photos of some drivers were previously removed by the county based on their age.
