Marshall previously served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Temple University Health System and as the director of Health Partners, a provider-owned Medicaid/Medicare health maintenance organization. With the addition of Marshall, the firm hopes to grow its health care industry practice.
Archer Norris (Walnut Creek, CA): Ioana Mondescu has joined the Walnut Creek office of Archer Norris. Mondescu, who was previously with Vasquez Estrada & Dumont, is an associate handling complex litigation matters with a focus on personal injury, pharmaceutical, medical device, product liability and toxic torts. She graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000.
