MedStar Health (Baltimore/Washington DC): Oliver Johnson has been named the new senior vice president and general counsel for MedStar Health, a nonprofit provider with nine hospitals in the Baltimore-Washington region. Johnson previously served as counsel to the global marketing services division at Merck & Co.
