The addition of Mr. Lindner increases the number of attorneys in Cleveland to 13, and strengthens its Real Estate & Construction practice. Prior to joining Buckingham, Mr. Lindner was an Associate at Ulmer & Berne LLP in Cleveland. He assists clients in all facets of residential and commercial real estate development, leasing, sales and acquisitions, land use and zoning, and tax valuation. He also represents owners, contractors and design professionals in contract negotiations and drafting, mechanics' lien issues, and contract disputes.
