Orion First Financial, LLC of Gig Harbor, WA has promoted its Officer and EVP of Operations, Shannon Green, to president and COO. Orion's founder Dave Schaefer also announced that he would continue as the company's chairman and CEO, but with a shift in focus on strategic initiatives. In her new role, Green will be responsible for overall business operations, including management and administration, client relationships, business operating policies, procedures, organization, staffing and human resources.
