Racial and ethnic diversity appeared to decline at law firms in 2025, according to a recent report from the National Association for Law Placement.
NALP’s report last month on diversity in U.S. law firms analyzed demographic data from the association’s annual directory of legal employers, which included data from 488 law offices and a total of nearly 76,000 lawyers.
