U.S. Judge Tosses Qui Tam Action Against Lockheed Martin A federal judge has dismissed a qui tam case in which would-be whistleblowers raised allegations that aerospace giant Lockheed Martin billed the government for cost overruns and failed to disclose shoddy work.
