In an action to quiet title to property and for partition, grandchildren of the former owner appealed from Supreme Court’s dismissal of the complaint. The Appellate Division reversed and reinstated the complaint, holding that neither documentary evidence nor the statute of limitations barred the complaint alleging that one of former owner’s children had executed a void deed to herself.
