In a condominium’s action to compel unit owner to correct and remedy unauthorized alterations to the unit, unit owner appealed from Supreme Court’s grant of summary judgment to the condominium. The Appellate Division affirmed, rejecting unit owner’s defenses based on waiver and estoppel.
